Since moving to Oceanside, Orange County has become our home away from home. Since we visit Knott’s Berry Farm and Disneyland each month, staying at a hotel is that extra bit of convenience that makes the difference between a magical park day or a miserable one. For our family of 5, The Embassy Suites, Orange is the perfect hotel for our Orange County Adventures! Here’s why we love the Embassy Suites, Orange so much!
- It’s the accommodations for us! With 3 kids, staying in a hotel can actually be very uncomfortable if we don’t have spacious sleep accommodations. We reserve the two-bedroom family suite at the Embassy Suites, Orange. Errol and I sleep in a king bedroom- while the boys take turns sleeping in the full bed and or the pull-out sofa in the living room. I request a crib for Brielle. All three of our kids have a separate bed to sleep in and Errol and I have our privacy with a king bedroom. That means we all sleep comfortably and I have the energy to entertain the kids at the parks all day!
- We ALL love a hot breakfast! I make a hot breakfast everyday at home: scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal etc. So it’s a win for us that the Embassy Suites has cooked-to-order omelets and a hot breakfast buffet with something for the entire family to eat.
- Errol and I love the evening Complimentary Evening Reception. It comes with the 2 adult beverages per adult and snacks for the family.
- We also love the Modern Decor and Cozy Bedding at the Embassy Suites.
- When I was looking for a hotel it was important that I find one with close proximity to Knott’s Berry Farm and Disneyland and Embassy Suites, Orange is not too far from either. We take the ART shuttle to Disneyland so we just hop aboard after our hot breakfast. The Embassy Suites Orange is less than a mile away from Angels Stadium as well.
- Our sons love that they have an Indoor AND Outdoor Pool! Who needs to park-hop when you can pool hop! The boys always make sure to pack their goggles so they can enjoy the pool time.
- My hubby loves that they have a gym and business center. He wakes up while we’re still sleep to work and workout!!
- Some of the rooms have a view of the fireworks at Disneyland.
