It’s the merriest time of year at Knott’s Berry Farm where the holiday season is shining bright! From the seasonal eats and treats, Christmas shows, musical performances as well as nightly Christmas tree lightning and snow fall- a visit to Knott’s Berry Farm is so worth it right now! We’ve taken our kids twice in the last week and honestly we can’t get enough. We took the family to experience the merriment and here’s what we loved! Take note, here are 4 ways to spend the day at Knott’s Merry Farm with kids!

1. Tree Lighting and Nightly Snow Fall in Ghost Town
Each night, the park comes alive with a nightly tree lighting. It’s truly magical and the perfect place to take a family Christmas photo for holiday cards if you do that each year. We loved our Knott’s tree moment and added it to the Gorman Christmas card.
What’s more is snow falls in Ghost Town at various times in the night. Be sure to download the mobile app for nightly times so you don’t miss it. I felt whisked away to a different time and place when the snow falls.
2. Musical Performances
Find the Calico Carolers, a Victorian Christmas vocal quartet, as they perform the songs of the season throughout Ghost Town.
For Modern day musical performances, catch the Sleigh Bells sing acapella right under Knott’s Berry Farm’s Christmas tree in Ghost Town as well. They had our entire family on our toes clapping and singing right alongside them.
3. Christmas Shows
You will want to make sure to see the Christmas shows at Knott’s! Catch Christmas shows like “Home for the Holidays, a musical revue featuring classic Christmas tunes, world-class performers, holiday lights, magical dancing toys, and dazzling snow all set on an elaborate transforming wintertime stage. Also returning is the beloved ice show starring the famous beagle, the Peanut Gang, and a cast of world-class ice skaters in Merry Christmas, Snoopy!” There’s alsp a “Peanut’s guide to Christmas” a short and fun 15-minute musical in Camp Snoopy for Kids.
4. Meet Christmas Snoopy
My daughter loves Snoopy and the highlight of her visit to Knotts is always a hug or wave from him. You can meet, greet and take a photo with Snoopy and some of the other Peanuts Gang right in Camp Snoopy.
I hope my take on 4 ways to spend the day at Knott’s Merry Farm with Kids was helpful. If you love Knott’s as much as we do you’ll want to consider getting a season pass so you can experience the fun at every season! There are no blackout days and it’s a phenomenal value!
