Brunch boards make a beautiful display of food while inviting guests to casually graze at their leisure. Well! Here’s how to make a French Toast breakfast board!

What you’ll need to make a French Toast Breakfast Board :

  • a 20X30 wooden board
  • a 6 inch cast iron skillet
  • scrambled eggs or an omelet
  • french toast
  • bagels
  • bacon
  • berries (blueberries, strawberries or blackberries would be perfect)
  • grapes

Directions:

  • Slice the french toast diagonally and then assemble them diagonally starting at the top right corner of the board to the bottom left corner.
  • Scatter berries on top of the French Toast
  • I like to arrange grapes along the left side the line of French Toast.
  • Place bacon along the right side of the french toast
  • Place your cast iron skillet with eggs or omelette at the top left side of the board.
  • Beneath the omelette arrange miniature bagels.
  • Fill in any gaps of your board with berries or fruit!
