I wanted to hop in and wish you all a Happy Fall! It’s been almost two weeks since we’ve officially entered the autumn season. We’ve done a few fun things like visiting a farm and picking out some pumpkins to celebrate the cooler temps! I look forward to having pumpkin spice everything, taking a trip to the Yucaipa mountains to see the leaves change colors, carving pumpkins and making so many of my favorite fall foods.

Like I said, making fall foods is one of my favorite things to do right now! So I wanted to share my fall breakfast board. This would be perfect to make Halloween morning or any day in autumn for that reason. Here’s what you’ll need.

Fall Breakfast Board List

  • a 20X30 wooden board
  • a 6 inch cast iron skillet
  • scrambled eggs or an omelet
  • a pumpkin waffle maker
  • bacon
  • berries (blueberries, strawberries or blackberries would be perfect)
  • grapes
  • tangerines and celery sticks for pumpkin-shaped tangerines.
  • store-bought fall colored cookies

Directions:

  • Prepare your waffle mix and make them in a pumpkin-shaped waffle maker. I got mine at AMAZON for less than $10.00.
  • Arrange your waffles starting from the right top-hand corner going diagonally across the board.
  • I then peeled the tangerines and placed thinly sliced celery sticks as the stem to make pumpkins out of them. I arranged the “pumpkins” along side the waffles.
  • Next I arranged a stem of grapes next to the tangerines.
  • I made one more row of tangerines next to the grapes.
  • Place your cast iron skillet with eggs or omelet at the top left side of the board. Fill in the bacon underneath
  • Fill in any gaps of your board with store-bought fall colored cookies.

That’s how you make a Fall Breakfast board- Inspired Chick style. Like I’ve said before there’s really no wrong way to make a grazing board.
