Valentine’s Day is less than two weeks away! And I’m here to show you how to make a Valentine’s Day Breakfast Charcuterie Board that will surely wow your loved ones! Whether you serve it romantically as breakfast-in- bed or make it a family moment and serve it at the kitchen table- this lovely breakfast board won’t disappoint.

Charcuterie Boards are quite popular. You can make one for just about any occasion. Don’t be intimidated by trying to make one. I will show you how to make a Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board that is both beautiful and EASY to make. For my breakfast board the only thing you’ll need to make yourself are the waffles and bacon. The rest of the items can be purchased at the store.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • A 20X30 inch breakfast board (purchased on Amazon)
  • A heart-shaped waffle maker (purchased on Amazon)
  • Store-bought hard boiled eggs. Yes I purchased my 6-pack of eggs for only $2.49 to save myself the time from boiling and peeling eggs.
  • I also added salt and pepper shakers to this board to season the eggs but that’s optional.
  • Heart-shaped serving dishes- I filled them with store-bought cake rolls
  • Bacon
  • Grapes
  • Berries (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)
  • A serving dish for Syrup

Like I said, you’ll only need to fry the bacon and make waffles to pull this gorgeous breakfast board off. Below you will find my pancake/waffle recipe if you’d like to make them from scratch. However, using store-bought pancake mix is just fine. I achieved the pink and red waffle color by splitting my pancake batter in half. Next, I added a few drops of red and pink food coloring to each batch respectively. The waffle maker does not have a timer to beep to signal when they’re ready but I took them out after one minute.
