Today I’m going to share 6 ways to enjoy the Peanut’s Celebration at Knott’s Berry Farm. But first, I need to share some great news! I’m so excited to announce to you all that I’ll be joining Knott’s Berry Farm for another year of being a Knott’s Berry Farm Ambassador!
That means I’ll be sharing all the fun and special events they have all season long starting with their Peanuts Celebration! Now through March 6th , Knott’s Berry Farm celebrates the Peanuts characters and puts on a festival with special food offerings, shows and entertainment experiences that are exclusive to the celebration!
You will feel like you are right in the middle of a Charles Schulz comic book! So keep reading because I’m going to share 6 ways to enjoy the Peanut’s Celebration at Knott’s Berry Farm.
Even though I grew up going to Knott’s Berry Farm, I had never gone to the actual Peanut’s Celebration. This was our first time! Below, please find 6 ways to enjoy the Peanut’s Celebration at Knott’s Berry Farm.
1. Spread Out the Fun Over 2 Days or More
I’ll be honest, it was difficult to experience ALL that Peanut’s Celebration has to offer with three kids in one day. The good news is this year, the Peanut’s Celebration is happening on weekdays too. In years past it was only on the weekends. If you can, spread out the fun over two days (or more) and try going on at least one week day with lower crowds. That’s one of the benefit’s of having a season pass- you can experience all of the happenings at Knott’s all year long for the low starting price of $140 for basic annual pass per person.
2. Download the Knott's Berry Farm App.
It is crucial to navigating your way around the park! Use it to find showtimes, special experiences as well as find out what location and times the different Peanut’s Characters will be throughout the park on your visit day(s).
3. Utilize The Photo Opps Throughout the Park
Plan to take some family pictures. There are so many fun photo opps throughout the park right at the parks front entry. And if you go at the right time Snoopy might be there too!
4. Meet Marcy !
Meet Marcy, Knott’s newest Peanut’s member to join the celebration. Use the app to find out what times she’ll be hanging out at the Peanut’s Headquarters in Camp Snoopy.
5. Try The Seasonal Food Offerings for the Peanut's Celebration!
Enjoy the seasonal food offerings at Peanuts Celebration. Y’all the food is off the chain. My kid’s loved Wah Wah Wah Buffalo Popcorn Chicken Loaded Fries. And my husband and I enjoyed the the Spicy Siracha Shrimp Tacos with Creamy Coleslaw. As we chat about food here’s where tip 1 comes back in handy. You can’t do everything in one day! Nor can you eat everything in one day!
6. Catch One or More Of The Live Shows!
Go to the Peanuts Shows! A special perk of being an annual passholder with Knott’s Berry Farm is that you get to experience so much live musical theater. There are two brand new shows: It’s Your Life, Charlie Brown” – at Calico Mine Stage & “Music Goes Round and Around” – Camp Snoopy Theater. You’ll want to grab seats in the shade about 20 minutes in advance.
