This might just be one of my new favorite holiday traditions! We went to bed at home and woke up in Fairmont San Francisco’s

Santa Suite

with some of the best panoramic views of the city.

There’s nothing like the classic and extravagant Christmas magic at the Fairmont during the holidays. The Fairmont’s Santa Suite feels like you are staying in Santa’s home away from the North Pole! I could not get over how beautiful our suite was and was able to snag some beautiful family pictures. As part of the Fairmont’s Santa Suite Package you get overnight accommodations in a family-friendly, luxury specialty suite, decked out in Santa-inspired décor, a DIY gingerbread house kit, and overnight parking for one vehicle.

We enjoyed our first night in Fairmont’s Santa Suite by sipping on some of Santa’s hot chocolate from the Candy and Hot Chocolate Bar which also offers adult beverage options for the parents.

The kids were overjoyed to be sipping their hot chocolate in Santa’s home away from home and were jumping to their hearts desire. You can watch a recap of our trip on my Instagram reels here

These are some of the core memories that I will forever hold very near and dear to my heart. On the second day of our trip it was raining so we got warm and cozy and watched a complimentary holiday movie. With all of the christmas-inspired decor, it feels like Christmas every morning . It was extra hard to get out of bed because of how cozy and comfortable we were. Once we fully woke up, we headed to the dining room area in our suite for a tasty breakfast which is included as part of the Fairmont’s Santa Suite package.

The kids were excited to build their complimentary gingerbread house kit, but The Fairmont made it even more magical with a life-sized Gingerbread House! Made from real gingerbread and pounds of See’s Candies, this Gingerbread House display takes your breath away. Would you believe me if I said you can even book a dining experience inside the Gingerbread house? The best part is this annual display is available from Thanksgiving through the New Year which means you still have time to come enjoy it for yourself.

Even when on vacation, there is always a little bit of work to do but our suite had the perfect space to get it done. When you work so hard you also have to remember to pamper yourself. If you’re looking to treat yourself, you can visit Penelope and the Beauty Bar for some of the most advanced skincare and body treatments. What I enjoy about this full-service spa is that they offer complimentary skincare consultations to ensure that the treatments are personalized for your specific needs.

When it comes to dining, The Fairmont has seasonally inspired menus as they have partnered with local farmers and ranchers to source the best ingredients. You can visit Laurel Court where there is lounge-style service and they offer vegetarian gluten-free options. And if you don’t feel like leaving your room, because who wants to leave Fairmont’s Santa Suite, you can opt for in-room dining which is available daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. If you’re looking for an iconic experience, the Tonga Room & Hurricane bar is the place to be. You can catch some live entertainment and dance the night away while enjoying a Mai Tai. To add to the fun, there is also “surprise” thunder and lightning storms to give you the full hurricane experience.

The Fairmont’s Santa Suite is all about turning moments into memories and that is exactly what this trip was for us. From the spacious and magical suite to the impeccable service, we’re completely blown away by this experience. You can watch a full recap on my Instagram stories !
